PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand rail with a solar cell, excellent in external appearance, dispensing with a special component for attaching a solar cell panel, and very easily installed including wiring operation of a power transmission cable.SOLUTION: A solar cell panel P is fitted in a rectangular frame 10 consisting of a pair of left and right hand rail supports 1, 1 and upper and lower horizontal members 2, 3. A cover material 4 is fitted to the upper horizontal member 2 to constitute a hollow cap piece T, and is provided with a fitting groove 21 for engaging the upper edge part of the solar cell panel P to the lower face side of the upper horizontal member 2. A terminal box 5 attached to the upper edge part of the solar cell panel P projects from an opening 21a provided in a groove bottom of the fitting groove 21 into the inside of the cap piece T and is arranged therein, and a power transmission cable 6 derived from the terminal box 5 is wired through the inside of the cap piece T. |
