PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defoaming agent composition having excellent dispersibility in water and shows excellent foam breaking and foam suppressing properties.SOLUTION: A defoaming agent composition comprises (A) 40-90 mass% of sorbitan oleate, (B) 5-60 mass% of edible fat and oil with a melting point of 10°C or less, and (C) 0.5-5 mass% of polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester as essential components. |
