PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a HUD device capable of making it difficult to visually recognize an upper end portion of a combiner as a virtual image from within a vehicle cabin.SOLUTION: A combiner 30 of a head-up display device 1 includes: a front surface 32 facing forward in a vehicle 2; a back surface 34 facing backward in the vehicle 2; a plurality of grooves 44 formed into stripes so as to penetrate an upper end portion 40 from the front surface 32 to the back surface 34; and a plurality of reflection protrusions 46 formed between the respective grooves 44 in the upper end portion 44. Each reflection protrusion 46 extends between the front surface 32 and the back surface 34 in a triangular cross-section, a pair of flat reflection surfaces 48 inclined with respect to a horizontal plane is formed by holding an apex angle 56 protruding upward therebetween in the triangular cross-section, those reflection surfaces 48 reflect light laterally, and an angle VA of the apex angle 56 of each reflection protrusion 46 gradually increases from one of the front surface 32 and the back surface 34 to the other surface. |
