PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation angle sensor magnet and a rotation angle sensor capable of suppressing an angle detection error resulting from a positional deviation of magnetic vector detection means from a magnet.SOLUTION: A rotation angle sensor 10 comprises: a rotation angle sensor magnet 20 fixed with a rotation center of a detection target set as a reference; and a sensor chip 11 detecting a direction of magnetic flux from a rotation angle sensor magnet 20 as a deflection angle &thetas; of a magnetic vector. In the rotation angle sensor magnet 20, concave portions 22a to 22h are provided as regions where magnetic flux is not generated, between magnetic poles, i.e., protrusions 23a, 23c, 23e, and 23g constituting N-poles and protrusions 23b, 23d, 23f, and 23h constituting S-poles on an inner edge 21 of the rotation angle sensor magnet 20. |
