<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device integrated with a touch sensor, including a thin, low-resistant and low-power consumption touch panel, while preventing influence on image quality.SOLUTION: A display device integrated with a touch sensor includes a black matrix substrate 10 with black matrices 12, which is arranged on a viewing side, and faces a substrate including an element for driving the display device. The black matrix substrate 10 includes touch detection electrodes 15 which are formed of metal wiring in an area overlapping the black matrices 12 in a direction substantially perpendicular to a surface of the black matrix substrate 10, and output detection signals based on a change in capacitance in accordance with an externally close object. The touch detection electrode 15 detects a change in capacitance in accordance with the externally close object, in pairs with the other electrode formed on the same or difference surface.</p> |
