PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability of electrical connection between a conductor end and a connected object, by suppressing occurrence of burrs at the conductor end.SOLUTION: When connecting a conductor 3 of a wire 1 consisting of a plurality of core wires 2 with a terminal 4, adjacent core wires 2 are bonded each other at the outer peripheral part of the conductor 3 near the end thereof, and then the end of the conductor 3 is bonded to the terminal 4, by pressure ultrasonic vibration by means of a pressure vibration horn 13. When bonding the adjacent core wires 2, a metal sleeve is fitted around the vicinity of the end, or the outer peripheral part is welded.
