<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave power oscillator capable of adjusting its output by itself.SOLUTION: The microwave power oscillator includes a semiconductor element 12 and a positive feedback circuit 14 that has a resonator 30 and positively feeds back an output of a semiconductor element to an input, and performs oscillation by self-oscillation of the semiconductor element and adjusts average output power of the semiconductor element 12 by changing a duty ratio of an input of the semiconductor 12 with a pulse controller 20.</p> |
