Provided are a thin-film solar cell panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The thin-film solar cell panel comprises a substrate (10), a first electrode (20) arranged on the substrate (10), a photovoltaic conversion layer (30) arranged on the first electrode (20), a second electrode (40) arranged on the photovoltaic conversion layer (30), and a gate electrode (50) arranged on the second electrode (40). The substrate (10) is an ultrathin glass substrate of a thickness between 0.1 and 1 mm. The ultrathin glass substrate is provided with bendability. The minimum bending radius of the ultrathin glass substrate is 10 cm or less. The first electrode (20) is continuously arranged on the substrate (10) during a formation process. As such, the light transmittance of the thin-film solar cell panel is increased, and the thin-film solar cell panel is allowed to be used conveniently for manufacturing of a bended solar cell component. Also, a process for manufacturing a bendable thin-film solar cell panel is improved, addition of additional costs is prevented, and, general applicability of apparatus and manufacturing process method is greatly increased for various bendable thin-film solar cell panels. |
