<p>The present invention provides a training apparatus allowing the center of rotation to be moved so as to enable exercise in line with the movement of the rotation center of a body, and allowing production costs to be reduced. A training apparatus (10) is provided with a strut member (30), an elastic member (34), a head member (50), and a rotating arm body (60). The strut member (30) is installed in a position where the training apparatus (10) is installed. The elastic member (34) is attached to the strut member (30) on one side. The head member (50), to which the other side of the elastic member (34) is attached, is provided so as to be capable of oscillating with respect to the strut member (30), and is supplied with a biasing force by the elastic member (34), the biasing force returning the head member (50) to an initial position. The rotating arm body (60) is provided so as to be capable of rotating relatively with respect to the head member (50), and is provided with a portion a user grips. The center of rotation (M) of the rotating arm body (60) moves in accordance with the oscillation of the head member (50).</p> |
