An axially oscillating motion apparatus is disclosed. The axially oscillating motion apparatus according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a motor unit for generating shaft rotational force; a rotation unit provided with a rotational cam eccentrically protruding in the axial direction and coupled with the motor unit for enabling rotation around the shaft; a shaft unit provided with a circular slope corresponding to a rotational track of the rotational cam on one surface thereof so as to change contact pressure with the rotational cam when the rotation unit rotates; a pressing unit for pressing the shaft unit into the rotational unit direction; and a housing unit for covering an outer circumference of the shaft unit to restrict motion excluding the axial motion of the shaft unit.
