<p>PURPOSE: A nozzle for water-jet cutting apparatus, cutting apparatus having the same and method for manufacturing the same are provided to keep or improve straight-ability of pressurized water although abrasive mixed pressurized water is jetted to cut a work-piece. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle(130) for water-jet cutting apparatus comprises a nozzle body(131), two more than abrasion-resistant parts(132), and a fixing unit(133). The nozzle body includes pressurized water spraying passage(134) inside. The pressurized water spraying passage is formed be extending a jet forming passage(134b) in a main passage(134a). The abrasion-resistant parts are formed along a passage in one end of the jetting forming passage. The fixing unit is mounted around the abrasion-resistant parts. The fixing unit holds the abrasion-resistant parts in the passage.</p> |
