PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid fuel combustion device capable of improving combustion efficiency by increasing combustion temperature so as to prevent a clinker as much as possible, and a boiler device.SOLUTION: The solid fuel combustion device comprises: an outer cylindrical part 10 forming a cylindrical combustion chamber 15; an ash-recovering hopper part 20 continuously provided on a lower side of the outer cylindrical part 10; a combusting pot 30 that is formed into a pot-like shape with a circular plane view, is arranged to generate a gap across an inner periphery and an entire circumference of the outer cylinder part 10, is provided with a pot lower part 33 including a bottom part as a supplied part of solid fuel, and is provided with an air supply hole part 35; and an air-supplying pipe 80 having plural air emission holes 81 for emitting pressurized air at a tip to supply the pressurized air for combustion to a center part of the combusting pot 30, and is arranged while it is inserted from a wall of the outer cylinder part 10. |
