PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device and an X-ray diagnostic apparatus which make it possible to improve operability of an operation using a user terminal.SOLUTION: A medical device comprises an input unit 310 and a control unit 350. The input unit 310 accepts a predetermined input operation for operating an operation terminal as a communication destination. The control unit 350 executes control to cause an operation terminal that treats a medical image to execute processing corresponding to the predetermined input operation accepted by the input unit 310.
