PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and effectively exchange information on medical image data.SOLUTION: Moving images extracted from a DICOM file are uploaded to a server 2 from an uploading terminal 6. Medical personnel accesses medical image data from a browsing terminal 8a, and reproduce the moving images provided from the server. A user inputs comments in which link destination information to the medical image data is included (inserted) through a comment input field in a medical image browsing screen.
