PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication device which can normally inform UE (User Equipment) of a voice call generated when ISR (Idle mode Signaling Reduction) is operating and during the mobile communication device is moving from MME (Mobility Management Entity) to an SGSN (Serving GPRS Support Node)-controlled location registered area.SOLUTION: A mobile management device 10 according to the present embodiment makes an ISR function work in cooperation with an SGSN 20. The mobile management device 10 comprises a voice calling control part 11 which performs calling processing of a mobile communication device 30 when a location registered area 60 managed by the mobile management device 10 exists in a location registered area 50 managed by the SGSN 20 and voice calling to the mobile communication device 30 occurs during the mobile communication device 30 is moving from the second location registered area 60, the mobile management device 10 transmits to a switching equipment 40, a response message indicating that the mobile communication device 30 is moving and a voice calling message is retransmitted from the switching equipment 40 after a predetermined time period has elapsed. |
