<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device that can adjust energization force of a torsion coil spring in a wide range without increasing a size of the hinge device.SOLUTION: In the hinge device, a second bracket 3 is rotatably connected to a first bracket 2. One end 11a of the first torsion coil spring 11 for rotationally energizing the second bracket 3 is butted to the first bracket 2 via a movable member 51.
