PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which input image data and on-line document data of a database cannot be stored and managed while related to each other.SOLUTION: Related document data related to input document data is specified from a plurality of document data and a plurality of document data stored in storage means of storing relation information representing relation between the plurality of document data and the respective document data, and when the document data is input online, relation information of a first kind is stored as information representing the relation between the input document data and the specified related document data, but when the document data is input offline, on the other hand, relation information of a second kind different from the relation information of the first kind is stored as the information representing the relation between the input document data and the specified related document data. |
