The present invention discloses a system resource balance adjustment method and device. The method comprises: in accordance with the type of disk accessed, categorizing high speed buffer memory resources and, in accordance with service requirements, respectively determining a target value for configuration parameters of the high speed buffer memory resources of each category; after the system is in operation, periodically detecting the high speed buffer memory resource balance and, when it is determined that system resources must be adjusted, using the target value to adjust front-end page allocation and/or back-end resources corresponding to imbalanced high speed buffer memory resource types. The technical solution of the present invention allows for each type of service to more reasonably occupy shared resources, and adjusts the performance of the entire system to a required mode. |
