According to the present invention, when a touch screen of a transmitter portable terminal is touched-off, the transmitter portable terminal transmits a generated voice talk file to a receiver and a receiver portable terminal reproduces the voice talk file to perform a voice call. Accordingly, the present invention can improve call quality, minimize cutting off of a voice signal, a connection delay, and noise inflow due to a network state, and determine a generation time point and an end time point of a voice talk file by using a voice input area occupying most of a touch screen. The present invention comprises the steps of: displaying a voice input area in one area of a touch screen; when the voice input area is in a touch state, generating a voice talk file corresponding to a voice signal of a user; and, when the voice input area is touched-off, stopping the generation of the voice talk file and transmitting the voice talk file to the number of a receiver portable terminal in which a user is configured. |
