摘要 <p>The invention provides a device and method for attaching an anisotropic conductive film to a flat display panel. The device comprises a material supply apparatus, a cutting apparatus, a pressing apparatus, and a material recycling apparatus. The material supply apparatus is used for providing an anisotropic conductive film, the anisotropic conductive film comprising a body and a piece of release paper attached to the body. The cutting apparatus is an ultrasonic cutter that is located below the material supply apparatus and is used for cutting an anisotropic conductive film body passing through the cutting apparatus. The pressing apparatus is located on one side of the cutting apparatus and is used for attaching the cut to-be-attached anisotropic conductive film to a flat display panel. The material recycling apparatus is located on one side, far away from the cutting apparatus, of the pressing apparatus and is used for recycling the release paper of the anisotropic conductive film. In the present invention, the anisotropic conductive film is cut in a non-contact manner by the ultrasonic cutter, the cutting precision is high, and a phenomenon of poor adhesion of the anisotropic conductive film caused by a blunt cutter or anisotropic conductive film adhesive residuals attached to the cutter is effectively avoided.</p>
