摘要 <p>The present invention relates to: an anisotropic liquid crystal composition for thermo-electric conduction, capable of controlling heat discharge and electron movement by orienting and hardening the liquid crystal in a specific direction; and a method for preparing a heat-dissipating and electromagnetic wave-shielding matrix by using same. The heat-dissipating and electromagnetic wave-shielding anisotropic matrix of the present invention arranges liquid crystal molecules in a predetermined direction and forms aπ-πstacking structure with adjacent liquid crystal molecules, thereby exhibiting thermo-electric conduction in a specific direction. The heat-dissipating and electromagnetic wave-shielding matrix of the present invention uses an organic composite, and thus can be molded into various geometric forms suitable to an element shape and can solve a mass problem, non-uniformity and a disconnection problem through a metal particle, which are problems when using an inorganic material. At the same time, it is possible to reduce two processes into one by simultaneously performing the functions of an existing heat-dissipating film and electromagnetic wave-shielding film, thereby enabling process simplification and cost reduction.</p>
