Disclosed is a concealed earphone device, comprising a support which is hidden below a collar and clamps the collar by deformation; a main connection line is arranged on the support, and the main connection line is respectively connected to an earphone component, a mic component and a connection piece connected to an electronic device. Provided is the concealed earphone device which has good concealment, does not affect comfort when worn and can be well fixed.
