<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light source unit that can dissipate heat via a radiator even when used in a high-temperature environment, and a sheet-like object measuring device using the semiconductor light source unit.SOLUTION: The semiconductor light source unit includes a semiconductor light emitting element, a radiator to which heat of the semiconductor light emitting element is transferred, and a heat insulating housing provided with an air introduction port and an air exhaust port for covering the semiconductor light emitting element and radiator not to be exposed to the outside air. The semiconductor light source unit further includes an internal reflection mirror that makes emission light from the semiconductor light emitting element incident and adjusts the angle of the light to emit therefrom. The insulating housing may cover the internal reflection mirror not to be exposed to the outside air in addition to the semiconductor light emitting element and radiator.</p> |
