<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a repair tube having a property such as intensity and water tightness, which are equal to those of an existing protection tube on site, while repair construction of the protection tube is smoothly performed.SOLUTION: A form 4 combined with a split form 3 is arranged in a repair part of a protection tube 1. The split form 3 includes: a base section 5; a first split section 7 coupled to the base section 5 in a tube axis center direction so that it can freely relatively rotate by a hinge 6 at one end in a circumferential direction of the base section 5; a second split section 8 coupled to the base section 5 in the tube axis center direction so that it can freely relatively rotate by the hinge 6 at the other end in the circumferential direction of the base section 5; and a spacer 9 which is interposed between the first split section 7 and the second split section 8 and constitutes a part of a tube body of the form 4 when the tubular mold form 4 is formed. An existing cable C is housed in the form 4 without being cut once, forms a repair tube 2 without a joint in a circumferential direction by following an outer peripheral face of the form 4, and is taken out from the form 4 when the form 4 is split into the split forms 3.</p> |
