The present invention provides a composition for improving skin conditions, containing the extracellular domain of human bone morphogenetic protein receptor 1a as an active ingredient. The present invention contains the extracellular domain of human bone morphogenetic protein receptor 1a as an active ingredient inside a nanoliposome comprising hydrogenated lecithin as a constituent component, and the particle size is 50-250 nm.
