The present invention is to provide a manufacturing method of a solid electrolyte material for a solid oxide fuel cell at a low cost, which can realize a high ionic conductivity at a mid-low temperature of 800°C or under, and to a manufacturing method of a unit cell for a solid oxide fuel cell using the same. The manufacturing method of a solid electrolyte for a solid oxide fuel cell comprises a step of providing starting materials of ytterbium nitrate [Yb(NO_3)_3·H_2O], scandium nitrate [Sc(NO_3)_3·H_2O] and zirconium oxychloride [ZrOCl_2·H_2O] mixed at a mole ratio of 6:4:90; a step of forming a metallic salt mixture aqueous solution by dissolving the starting materials; a step of forming a precursor by mixing and co-precipitating the metallic salt mixture aqueous solution and a complex agent; a step of washing the precursor with ultra-pure water many times; a step of filtering the washed precursor with a vacuum filter device; and a step of forming solid electrolyte powder by heat-treating the filtered precursor. |
