The present invention relates to a device for dosing a fixed catalyst amount and, specifically, to a device for dosing a fixed amount of catalyst slurry via an inlet of the bottom of a container, comprising a flexible dosing pipe which is connected to a hopper and has catalyst slurry filled therein; a head which is connected to the dosing pipe and doses catalyst slurry in the inlet of the bottom of the container; a dosing cylinder which is interconnected to one side of the dosing pipe and doses a fixed amount of catalyst slurry via the head; and valve equipment installed in the upper part and lower part of the dosing pipe which is separated from the cylinder, and opening and closing by being mutually operated with the cylinder.
