In order to transmit broadcasting data to one or more terminals, a system for transmitting broadcasting data, which has one or more antennas linked with a service providing system through a base station control system, allocates power to each of the one or more antennas based on power information transmitted from the base station control system, and transmits an encoded stream of a base layer through a first transmission antenna among the one or more antennas.
