摘要 The present invention relates to a mesoporous nickel-phosphorus-alumina aerogel catalyst, to a manufacturing method thereof and to a method for manufacturing hydrogen gas by the steam reforming reaction of liquefied natural gas (LNG) using the same catalyst. More particularly, the present invention relates to a mesoporous nickel-phosphorus-alumina aerogel catalyst that is a nickel-phosphorus-alumina composite used for manufacturing hydrogen gas by the steam reforming reaction of LNG, wherein the sizes of inner pores range from 2 to 50 nm, the atomic ratio of nickel and alumina in the catalyst ranges from 0.01 to 1, the atomic ratio of phosphorus and aluminum ranges from 0.01 to 1, and the composite is manufactured via supercritical carbon dioxide drying and heat treatment processes after inducing the gelation reaction of nickel and aluminum precursors using an epoxide-based compound on a water-based solution having phosphorus added thereto; to a manufacturing method thereof; and to a method for manufacturing hydrogen gas by the steam reforming reaction of LNG using the same catalyst. According to the present invention, the catalyst having more excellent physical properties than existing nickel-based catalysts and improved adsorptivity of reactants can be manufactured and highly pure hydrogen gas can be manufactured efficiently for a long perioe of time by applying the catalyst to the steam reforming reaction of LNG.
