CLEANING APPARATUS AND CLEANING METHOD FOR CHROMATOGRAPHY SAMPLE VIALS

An apparatus and method for cleaning chromatography sample vials. The apparatus comprises: a base (1); a support frame (20) that is vertically fixed on the base (1); a transverse column (21) that has one end thereof arranged on the support frame (20) via an adjustment knob (22) and has a rotary transmission apparatus (3) fixed on the other end; a rotating disk (4) that is connected at the lower extremity of the rotary transmission apparatus (3), can be driven by the rotary transmission apparatus (3) into rotation, and is provided at a lateral edge with multiple sample vial accommodating holes (40) used for accommodating and securing to-be-cleaned sample vials; a cleaning agent recovery tank (5) that is arranged below the rotating disk (4) and is provided with an injection pipe (7) at the sidewall, where the injection pipe (7) is connected to a water pump (8), and the water pump (8) is in communication with a cleaning agent container (90); and, at least one control apparatus that is used for controlling the turning on/off and rotational speed of the rotary transmission apparatus (3) and for controlling the turning on/off of the water pump (8). The apparatus allows for increased efficiency in cleaning small caliber sample vials.
