A method for drilling a hole on a metal plate (12). The method comprises the following steps: providing a metal plate (12) and an auxiliary treating plate (14), the metal plate (12) having a to-be-drilled region (122), the to-be-drilled region (122) having a first surface (1222) and a second surface (1224) opposite to the first surface (1222), and a hardness value of the auxiliary treating plate (14) being 0.7 times greater than that of the metal plate (12); attaching the auxiliary treating plate (14) on the first surface (1222), and drilling a hole on the auxiliary treating plate (14) and the to-be-drilled region (122), a rotating speed of a drilling bit being higher than 8000 revolutions/minute in the hole drilling; and taking off the auxiliary treating plate (14) from the to-be-drilled region (122).
