<p>The present invention relates to a press apparatus including: a bolster which has a lower mold mounted on an upper surface, is positioned on an upper portion of a receiving block, and has a plurality of through-holes formed therein; a receiving plate positioned on a lower portion in the receiving block, and lifted and lowered with a cylinder connected to a lower surface; and a supporting rod inserted into the through-hole of the bolster, and has a lower portion fastened to the receiving plate. A pin member, which has an insertion portion extending in a longitudinal direction thereof and an expanding portion formed to be larger in diameter or width than the insertion portion, is disposed on the lower portion of the supporting rod. A plurality of guiding grooves, which have corresponding depths and widths for the insertion portion to be inserted and moved, is formed on an upper surface of the receiving plate. A plurality of receiving portions, which have corresponding shapes for the expanding portion to be accommodated and received, are formed to be arranged in the opening portions of the guiding grooves. A position of the supporting rod in the receiving block can be adjusted by simply separating the mold and using a jig; thus an operation to adjust the position of the supporting rod can be efficient. As a result, a mold replacement operation can swiftly be performed.</p> |
