<p>An organic electroluminescence device and a method for fabricating the same is provided to prevent thin film transistor deterioration and increase the reliability by making an electrode of the thin film transistor and a pixel overlapped with a certain ratio. A substrate comprises a plurality of pixels which includes a first electrode, an organic light-emitting layer, and a second electrode it has a plurality of pixels(10). A thin film transistor is electrically connected to the first electrode of the each pixel. The electrode(20) of the thin film transistor is partly overlapped at each pixel region, and an overlapped electrode area(S2) is 70 - 90% of the pixel region. The electrode width of the thin film transistor is 0.5 - two times of the interval of the pixel-to-pixel.</p> |
