<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that water is completely evaporated during drying food and thus a large amount of steam occurs and hinders sufficient exhaust.SOLUTION: A high frequency heating device includes: a heating chamber 23 which houses a sliced food 42; microwave generating means 21; a dish receiving base 24 which is disposed in the heating chamber 23; temperature detection means 28 which detects a temperature in the heating chamber 23; and a blower fan 29 which adjusts steam in the heating chamber 23. The blower fan 29 is formed so as to send air from the lower side of the heating chamber 23 and exhaust the air from the upper side of the heating chamber 23. In the structure, a temperature of the food 42 is efficiently risen in a short time and steam generated from the food 42 is exhausted to the exterior of the heating chamber 23. Thus, the food 42 is dried in a short time.</p> |
