According to an embodiment this electronic device has: a display capable of detecting a contact position with respect to a first object; a recording means; a generation means; and a determination means. The recording means stores first data pertaining to the error between a first position, which is the position of contact between the first object and the display, and a second position, where the display draws according to first position information acquired in response to the contact between the first object and the display at the first position. The generation means generates second data used for determining a fourth position, where the display draws according to second position information acquired in response to contact between a second object and the display at a third position. The determination means uses the first data and the second data to determine the contact position detected by the display. |
