A flexible substrate, a manufacturing method for the flexible substrate, and an OLED display apparatus comprising the flexible substrate. The flexible substrate comprises a flexible underlayer (1). A mesh sunken layer (20) is disposed on the flexible underlayer (1), and a mesh current collection layer (2) is embedded in the mesh sunken layer (20). By using the mesh sunken layer (20), the mesh current collection layer (2) is embedded in the flexible substrate, thereby effectively improving conductivity of the flexible substrate.
