<p>The present invention relates to a cooling water control system controlling a temperature of a mold using a cooling fluid mixed with cold water and hot water. The cooling water control system comprises: a cooling water supply unit (100); a cooling water temperature detecting unit (200); a water exchanging valve means (300); a display unit (400); an operation unit (500); and a main controller (600). The cooling water supply unit (100) comprises: a cold water supply module (110) including a cooling water tank (111) and a cooling device (112); a hot water supply module (120) including a hot water tank (121) and a water heater (122); and a supply valve means (130) for controlling a mixing ratio of cold water and hot water for each cooling flow path (CL). The cooling water temperature detecting unit (200) detects temperature information through a water discharging hole temperature sensor provided on a water discharging hole (OUT) side of the cooling flow path or a mold temperature sensor attached to the mold. The water exchanging valve means (300) is for separately exchanging cold water and hot water into the cooling water supply unit by comparing the temperature information with a preset cold/hot water determination temperature. The display unit (400) is for displaying the temperature information and the degree of opening and closing of the supply valve means (130). The operation unit (500) sets a maximum/minimum mold temperature in order to separately control the temperature of the mold for each of the cold/hot water determination temperature and the cooling flow path and inputs instructions about power supply and operations. The main controller (600) controls the cooling water supply unit, the cooling water temperature detecting unit, the water exchanging valve unit and the display unit and adjusts the degree of opening and closing of the supply valve means by comparing the temperature information with a maximum/minimum mold temperature.</p> |
