Disclosed are an autonomous power management system and an energy control method. The autonomous power management system comprises an ICT type control box, one or more power control devices, and a power management server. The ICT type control box receives energy usage applications of consumption units and controls power supply according to application response results of the energy usage applications. The power control devices receive the energy usage applications from the ICT type control box and inform the application response results for the energy usage applications to the ICT type control box by analyzing power supply amount and energy consumption amount. The power management server is connected to the power control device and manages the power supply amount and the absolute energy quality standard by using the power control device. |
