摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement accurate eyeball following in an imaging apparatus having high image capturing resolution, while making it possible to image an ocular fundus image having high image quality.SOLUTION: An imaging method which corrects an aberration generated at an inspecting object in the case of irradiating an irradiation range set on the inspecting object with a beam and imaging an image of the inspecting object on the basis of return light of the beam, includes: a detection process of detecting a movement amount of the inspecting object; a comparison process of comparing the detected movement amount with a predetermined threshold; an adjustment process of adjusting the irradiation range to be irradiated with the beam; and a determination process of determining at least either of change of the irradiation range by changing a radiation direction of the beam and change of the irradiation range by aberration correction means is executed by the adjustment process, according to a result of the comparison by the comparison process.
