PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless type winch which can respond freely in the stretch direction of the rope for movement and allows a safe and smooth movement and a method of moving a rope for movement using the endless type winch.SOLUTION: An endless type winch includes a winch body in which a drive shaft 2 rotation-driven by a drive source is supported freely rotatably by an axis, a winding drum 11 which is attached to the drive shaft and formed with a groove for winding of a rope 4 along the outer peripheral edge, and a pressing movable body 16 which is provided along the groove for winding of the rope and stretched between both end sides with an elastic body 15. In the drive shaft, there is attached a drum 6 for drive which transmits drive directly or indirectly to adjust freely the stretch direction of the rope for drive by the winding drum. |
