PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance flexibility of arrangement of a disposer and sink design by reducing the height of the disposer.SOLUTION: The disposer 1 includes: a crushing chamber 2; a crushing mechanism 3 disposed at lower part of the crushing chamber 2; an electric motor 4 disposed downward of the crushing chamber 2 and driving the crushing mechanism 3; and a discharging chamber 8 positioned between the crushing mechanism 3 and the electric motor 4, into which a kitchen waste crushed by the crushing mechanism 3 falls. At least part of the discharging chamber 8 defines an annular flow passage 11 annularly surrounding the electric motor 4. |
