PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction structure of a wall panel capable of realizing high strength, and junction hardware used for its structure.SOLUTION: A junction structure of a bearing wall is provided for fixing anchor bolts or bolts and a vertical frame material via the junction hardware in a panel structure of using shape steel for the vertical frame material of the bearing wall, and the plurality anchor bolts or bolts 1 and the vertical frame material 4 are joined by the junction hardware 3 having a first junction member 11 for arranging the plurality of anchor bolts or bolts 1 in a wall thickness direction orthogonal to a frame surface constituted of a frame material of the bearing wall 2 and fixed to a flange 9 of both end parts in the wall thickness direction in the vertical frame material 4 and a second junction member 14 composed of cross-sectional T-shaped hardware having a vertical part 12 fixed to the first junction member 11 and a flange 13 with a bolt insertion hole provided so as to overhang in the wall thickness direction on both sides of its vertical part 12 and fixed by inserting the plurality of anchor bolts or bolts 1.
