PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building capable of suppressing or preventing damage of an inner wall cloth stuck on a finished surface of an inner wall panel even when vibration in horizontal and vertical two directions is generated by an earthquake or the like.SOLUTION: A seismic isolator 84 is interposed in plural portions between an outer wall panel 20 constituting an outer wall 18 of a building 10 and an inner wall panel 44 constituting an inner wall 42 of the building 10. The seismic isolators 84 allow the outer wall panel 20 and the inner wall panel 44 to be relatively displaced in horizontal and vertical two directions, and fixedly hold the inner wall panel 44. Thus, vibration of the outer wall panel 20 is restrained or prevented from being propagated to the inner wall panel 44, and even when vibration in the horizontal and vertical two directions is generated in the building 10 by an earthquake, damage of an inner wall cloth 76 stuck on a finished surface of the inner wall panel 44 can be suppressed or prevented. |
