<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wallpaper in which the formation of a coating film on a substrate sheet is easy and which can efficiently reflect light in a low wavelength band, especially of an LED light source.SOLUTION: The wallpaper has a reflecting coating film on a substrate sheet. The reflecting coating film is formed by adding 11 phr or more and less than 30 phr of titanium oxide, which is an inorganic white pigment, and 1-2 phr of a fluorescent brightener in vinyl chloride resin, which is a synthetic resin binder. It is structured so that the reflection spectrum of visible light wavelength; 450-740 nm can be 85% or more.</p> |
