<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a high attenuating force relative to various kinds of vibration.SOLUTION: A vibration-proof device comprises: a cylindrical outer member 11 coupled to one of a vibration generation part and a vibration receiving part; an inner member 12 coupled to the other of the parts; and main body rubber 13 for coupling the outer member 11 and the inner member 12. Inside of the outer member 11, a liquid chamber 26 which is filled with liquid and whose one part of a wall is constituted by the main body rubber 13 is defined. An attenuating body 28 coupled with the inner member 12 and provided with an orifice gap 35 between the attenuating body 28 and an inner periphery of the outer member 11 is arranged in the liquid chamber 26. The attenuating body 28 comprises: a rigid plate member 29 that is coupled with the inner member 12 and on the outer peripheral edge of which an annular housing groove 33 opened to outside in a radial direction of the outer member 11 is formed; and an annular movable member 30 that is housed in the housing groove 33 and forms an orifice gap 35 between the annular movable member 30 and an inner periphery of the outer member 11.
