<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtration device capable of quickly removing residues produced when frying foods in a food frying device, the residues being prone to be produced on an oil surface, a middle part, and a bottom part thereof.SOLUTION: The fried food producing device includes: a cylindrical body 2, the upper/lower parts of which are opened, in the inside of a housing 1; and belt-like opening parts 6-1 and 6-2 that are opened at mutually facing wall surfaces of the cylindrical body 2 at positions of an oil upper surface. The housing 1 includes a bottom plate part 19 at an upper part of the bottom to form double bottoms. Gaps between the housing 1, the cylindrical body 2 and the bottom plate part 19 are formed into a circulation path where oil or/and water are refluxed. A filtration device for filtering residues of the oil or/and the water in the circulation path is also provided.</p> |
