<p>The present invention provides a method, an apparatus, and a system for implementing a color ring back tone. The method comprises: managing a color ring back tone service in a unified manner by using a color ring back tone centralized management platform, and controlling, by using the centralized management platform, a color ring back tone platform in an area to which the color ring back tone service belongs to play a ring back tone corresponding to the color ring back tone service. The foregoing technical solution provided by the present invention solves the problem that no management mechanism for effectively managing a color ring back tone service is provided in the related art. Therefore, unified management on the color ring back tone service is implemented, which facilitates promotion of new service functions of the color ring back tone service in large areas.</p> |
