PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and light electrical apparatus having a self-standing mechanism and a rotation mechanism part, and having durability enough to endure shock due to dropping and the like, and a projector.SOLUTION: An electrical apparatus (projector 1) comprises: a body part 10 having a conversion part (LED 2) for converting power into light, and an output part (transparent plate 12) for outputting light outputted from the LED 2 to outside; a battery pack for supplying power to the LED 2; and a frame part 20 for rotatably supporting the body part 10. The frame part 20 is provided with a first ground face defined by a pair of bottom frames 24, and a second ground face defined by a top frame 23 and a claw part 26 of a connection frame 25. Even when any of the first ground face and the second ground face is brought into contact with a ground, the body part 10 and the battery pack 15 can rotate relative to the frame part 20 without contacting the ground. |
