PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier having high sustained-release action and high cell-introduction efficiency compared with a carrier comprising a conventional collagen.SOLUTION: A carrier comprises a plasma membrane permeable peptide-added collagen or collagen derivative, where the object for carrying is a protein, a peptide, a nucleic acid and/or a low molecular weight compound. The plasma membrane permeable peptide is selected from any one or more of the following (1) to (3): (1) TAT or a TAT derivative; (2) r8 or a r8 derivative; and (3) MPG-8 or an MPG-8 derivative. The collagen or collagen derivative is atelocollagen. |
