PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice ball molding machine having an intermittently rotating molding disk with plural kinds of molding holes, capable of molding plural kinds of rice balls.SOLUTION: A rice ball feeding part is disposed on an intermittently rotating molding disk 16, with a lifting type rice pressing tool and a lifting type rice falling tool arranged downstream. A stationary platen is disposed beneath the underside of the disk. The stationary platen is provided with open holes corresponding to molding holes under the lifting type rice falling tool. While the molding disk 16 is intermittently rotated, rice is fed into the molding hole. A lifting type arm member is vertically driven to mold the rice ball in the molding hole. The lifting type rice falling tool allows the rice ball in the molding hole to fall downward. The intermittently rotating molding disk 16 includes long round molding holes 30a and round molding holes 30 b, which are alternately arranged. The lifting type arm member having a pressing tool insertable into the long round molding holes 30a and a falling tool, and the lifting type arm member having a pressing tool insertable into the round molding hole 30b are provided. The two lifting type arm members can be selectively fitted to lifting type drive means. |
